Collection: Women's Cold Weather Raincoats

This is the ultimate cold weather raincoat. The coats and capes are not only waterproof, breathable and windproof, but the outer wool blend fabric will keep you warm as well as dry. The outer layer is wool, the inner layer is fleece with a middle layer of a thin waterproof film that keeps the moisture out and the heat inside.

Choose either dark charcoal or a light grey mix, referred to as salt & pepper for great, all around cold weather wearability.

Made in the USA. Every garment from Outside Designworks is created by hand, one pattern piece at a time, here in the Washington, DC metro area. That process begins at the time your order is received. Allow 2-4 weeks to receive your new pieces.
