These all-weather hats and caps are sized small/medium and large/extra large with an inner elastic hatband that expands and adjusts the fit.  The brims are deliberately broad on the hats to keep the rain off the back of the neck but can be flipped up in front for a bit of a kick.

Finely woven and lightweight coated cotton and wool fabrics are chosen for our hats and caps.  The cotton fabrics are then coated on the roll with a matte apparel laminate that makes them waterproof while retaining their breathability and lightweight appeal.

Size & Fit

ALL-WEATHER HATS AND CAPS

To determine your hat size, measure the circumference around your head, keeping the tape level and firm, across the temples and above the eyebrow ridges. The stretch headband inside the hat should fit securely on the head without binding.

Check the sizes below. For in-between measurements, use the next size up.

Outside Designworks sizing:

Small/Medium
Inner elastic band stretches 20 ¼" – 21 ¾"

Large/Extra-Large
Inner elastic band stretches 22" – 24"

 

Fabric & Care

Finely woven and lightweight cotton fabrics are coated on the roll with a matte apparel laminate that makes them waterproof while retaining their breathability and lightweight appeal. Machine wash cold on the delicate cycle. Do not use bleach or softeners. Line dry.
